We promise that any finance application that is submitted and approved through Access Equipment & Financing, LLC or its affiliates and which payment is made to the dealership by Access Equipment & Financing, LLC or its affiliates will fulfill the cost of your Premier Membership for 1 year from the dealer registration date or we will gladly refund your membership registration costs.

All of the following guidelines must have been met for the refund:

- 1 Credit Application each month must be submitted by the dealer.
- Financing from $1000
- A minimum Credit Score of 675 will be considered.
- Debt to Income Ratio of less than 45%.
- Finance Programs must be available. (Click here for more info)

Applications submitted to other financing sources prior to Access Equipment & Financing, LLC review where that application was denied or approved for financing will not be included in the calculation of this guarantee. Any application submitted to Access Equipment & Financing, LLC or its affiliates and approved but not closed by dealer will be included in the calculation of this guarantee.

On request by the dealer a review will be performed by Access Equipment & Financing, LLC, to determine if the dealer qualifies for the money-back guarantee. If so, a reimbursement check will be delivered to the dealer within 30 calendar days of completion of the review.
